There are plenty of options to book hostels and hotels on booking.com. Hostels are around €30 and hotels around €70 - 130 per night for a standard room.

Airbnb also has a range of options to choose from starting from around €70. If you are in a group then you may be able to get an apartment together cheaper.

Suggestions

Here are a couple of options which could be suitable and at an agreeable price. These are just suggestions and not recommendations.

Budget Accommodation

The Institute of Cultural Affairs Brussels is quite central and has rooms with a shared bathroom and breakfast included from €75 a night.

Sleep Well Youth Hostel has cheap beds in shared dorm rooms with breakfast included from €31 per night.

Stay outside the city centre

ROXI Urban Residence Brussels is situated outside of the city and around 35 minutes on public transport from Mundo-B where the DTA will take place. Rooms look clean and modern and there is a lot of communal space in case you need to do some work. Prices start at €78 per night.
