We recommend booking accommodation with flexible rates in case there are any changes which mean you are unable to attend the conference. The below information is by recommendation only. Any issues, queries or cancellations should be dealt with the accommodation directly.

- SINGLE ROOM: € 80,00 per room and night + city tax €2,50 per person and night;
- DOUBLE ROOM SINGLE USE: € 100,00 per room and night + city tax €2,50 per person and night;
- DOUBLE/TWIN ROOM: €125,00 per room and night + city tax €2,50 per person and night.
The prices are per room and night, with breakfast included. City tax (€2,50 per person and night) is to be added to the price of the room.
Conference participants must send a direct request to the hotel (via email or from the hotel website only, not Booking/Expedia or other OTAs) to check availability and, if at the time of the request there are still rooms available, by referring to the event "UACES 2024" the above mentioned special rates will be applied.

UACES conference delegates are offered the following discounted rates, according to the agreement they have with the University.
- Double room single use, 98 euro
- Double or twin room, 138 euro
Rates are per room per night, breakfast included.
