Achieving Positive Results in Sustainability Transitions
For sustainability transitions to be successful it is necessary to engage all members of society. Research funding may be allocated to numerous sustainability-related projects but how many of them really have a visible positive impact in people’s lives? This session discussed how to translate words into action, policy measures and research results into practical outcomes, and questioned who needs to get involved to achieve meaningful sustainability transformations and when.
