Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy
Summary
UACES's EDI policy aims to ensure that everyone who comes into contact with UACES is treated equitably and without discrimination. Everyone who takes part in UACES activities has the right to do so in a safe and supportive environment where they are treated with dignity and respect.
The EDI policy lays the foundation for UACES to make progress on improving the Association's approach to issues of equality, diversity and inclusion, written by The Trustees and Executive Director.
The EDI policy is underpinned by our Code of Conduct which applies to all UACES members, trustees, employees and participants in UACES activities. If you think that anyone has breached UACES's Code of Conduct, you can make a complaint to UACES as laid out in our Complaints Policy.
